I have a customer who infected their own PC, by calling the number that came up on their screen, and then let them remote in, and sent them a pic of her check. We need to wipe it, and reinstall Windows 7 Pro bit from Lenovo.

Does anyone have a link to an iso I can download, or an iso that they can send me? We managed to get Windows 8 pro and upgraded it to 8. The only reason we did that, was because the customer knew how to use Windows 7, but not Windows 8, and she did not want to upgrade from what she knew. With Windows 7, you'll be able to use a retail disc with the OEM key. You may have to go through phone activation at the end, but it should work as long as you're installing with the same edition Premium, Pro, etc.
